Why doesn’t the governments of the US and Europe just band the trading and speculating of oil futures?

we’ve been led to believe OPEC sets the price of a barrel of oil, but that’s a lie….. The International Monetary Fund and The World Bank sets the price through their financial markets in new york and london, they dictate to opec what the price will be, and opec will just go along with them because they are making money hand over fist for doing nothing ….it cost $5.00 to pump a barrel for the saudi’s, and the only catch is, OPEC is obligated to re-invest into treasury bills to pay down our national debt and keep the dollar afloat…… and they do invest, why do you think GWB was in a hurry to hand over some of our infrastructure to foriegn investor’s ? they are desperate to keep the dollar afloat for as long as possible, and then the IMF and World Bank will introduce the Amero currency when they own 100 percent of our debt…… and then our currency will be globalized by 2011 if not sooner.
Just youtube Lindsey Williams and watch his speech at the grenada forum, he is a former Arco oil exec and a minister of all things, its a miracle this man is still alive for what he exsposes here….. it could not be any simpler of what is going on here……. there is not oil crisis…. its made up.
