Any min requirement for day-trading futures?

futures trading
Lord W asked:

Hi,

I would like to day-trade stock and according to FINRA, there’s a minimum cash requirement of $25,000 before a person is eligible to day-trade.

Is there a similar requirement for day-trading futures like the Emini SP 500?

Thanks!
