How could I obtain a license to sell my own Trading cards?

WOC didn’t patent the idea of trading cards - they;ve been around for 100+ yrs - if you came up with an original game idea that wasn’t too close to anything else they already publish, they or some other game company MIGHT publish it - 1 in a 67,007 chance
