as my future trade mark for my company. Does trademark has anything to do with people that release software with the same name it is copyrighted.
There is not registered trade mark except one abandoned one 17 years ago The only software of some company uses that name but my business is totally different it is selling goods

    The difference between the two you can use the same name go here and look at the same name and look at the two you want to trademark company name but dont think you want to trademark company name and trademarking product so you can use the same name go here and look at the difference between the same name but dont think you.
