Recently I accepted a job at a major oil company in the Supply Trading division. I have a decent understanding of trading futures overall, but lack a lot of knowledge of just trading energy futures.

If there are any energy futures traders out there can you suggest a book or piece of literature for me to read to understand the fundamentals of the subject?

Why not? Discontinue oil and gas future (and stock) trading so we can reduce the price of fuel? More and more people are saying the prices are going up because of speculators and not supply and demand
